Design -
Connect the housing building dsign and shopping function
During our design process we moved by stages. At first stage we analyzed the influence of transport infrastructure development around the object. In the district of TC the important transport interchange hub will be implemented in the nearest future which will connect the north-west of Moscow with other city. It will include as well the new station of Moscow metropolitan with way-out to Trading Center.
At second stage we comprehended the adopted sketch drawing of two upper residential buildings. Analysis and discovering of strong lines on facade of residential complex and possible interaction principals of the existing residential facade and the above located trading center.
At the final stage several options of facade solutions from BA were considered together with colleagues from TPO “REZERV” and Investor. They differed from each other in plastic art and approach. Upon overall advisory-board and even mini social polling the most laconic facade in plastic art and form was adopted which at the same time was the most up-to-date for present and future times. It reflects random and reflectance, glassiness and multimedia principles. And above all the facade approved by all the interested parties has its own character but does not argue against the upper residential buildings strictly separating two main object functions – trading and residential space.
Interior design of shopping center should use the natural light as much as possible.
Two variants are differed from each other in plastic art and approach.
