— House of the future — Research
We created an experimental house based on the results of our research “Tomorrow will come Today” for the Special Project “House of the Future Today” at the Arch Moscow 2019 exhibition. In the research, we identified the main parameters of housing that may arise now and will be relevant for decades. The research was find out how housing can react to changes in life expectancy, to the densification of the city, to the change of priorities of new generations and much more.m

Model
The house is a response to the high demand for housing in the center of urban agglomeration. We developed principles to combine the best price-quality ratio. At the same time, the priority of this building is such values as physical and psychological health, safety and saving time of citizens.
We did not make the shell of our house so as not to distract the viewer on the façade. We suggest concentrating on life scenarios that will model the structure of future houses.

The house of the future must be flexible, because the pace of our life is becoming faster and faster, and lifestyle will change more often than the buildings will be renovated. So modules in the system of a house and space decoration should to be neutral and flexibility.

Mixed use
It is necessary that people inside the house do not experience isolation for well-functioning of the house as a system. Small communications between residents make them responsible for the place in which they live. Therefore, it is necessary to think over possible random and special spots for face to face meeting between residents, where small talk can occur. And also a sign of a healthy society is diversity, so you need to count the building on different age, social and cultural groups. Inexpensive compact apartments can take a large part of the house, but in order for the area to actively develop, it is necessary to bring different lifestyles into it.
There are specific types of housing that are developed in this house:

We integrate a lot of important details into the model which greatly affects the quality of life. For example, an open and beautiful staircase will make you climb up the stairs with your feet. And small shelf in a middle of the staircase will help to bring book sharing into the life of the tenants. And the entrance to the ground floor without a door will make the environment barrier-free. It will make life more comfortable.
