Will Towers — Residential complex
For the Will Towers residential complex, located on Minskaya Street in the west of Moscow, we have created a lobby concept that reflects the architectural style of American skyscrapers of the XX century, and at the same time - the spirit of home. The towers consist apartments with panoramic views at a height: 27 original apartments’ types ranging from 25.5 to 165.5 sq. m. m with the possibility of combining, and penthouses, as well as 12 exclusive apartments with private terraces.

Each tower has its own name - Creativity, Energy (52 floors each) and the highest — Inspiration (56 floors). This is also reflected in the individual color solutions and lighting scenarios of the lobby. Our task was to design the lobby of the three towers in such a way that the transition space between the apartment and the external territory becomes soft and cozy, but at the same time corresponds to the strict and concise style of skyscrapers resembling the image of Chicago.
Together with neutral light, we used warm decorative lighting in niches and seating areas. The interiors will be complemented by electric fireplaces. In the decoration we chose the textures of stone, metal, natural wood. The decor in the form of prints combines the design of the lobbies of the three towers.
Massive reception counters are accentuated by hanging lamps, and lounge areas are separated from elevator halls by upholstered furniture, shelving and electric fireplaces. The typical floors of the towers are designed in the same style: large-format porcelain stoneware in the shades of the lobby floor is used for finishing.
We emphasized the high ceilings of the spaces with the accent decorative walls along the entire height of the room. Illuminated niches visually increase the volume. Decorative panels and elements allowed us to link the design with the architectural concept of the complex, adding comfort and luxury.
