Pushkinsky – Shopping Center

The shopping mall brand “Pushkinsky” gives us the feeling of a local, community friendly public building.

We wanted to provide clients and visitors with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Based on the above, we have come up with the “minimalism and nature” idea.

Bright and light public space

Inside we have 3 floors with 2 main plazas arranged by large atriums open to all floors and covered by skylights that let in a lot of daylight. The gallery malls are curved with very good visibilities. We kept the concrete shapes and have highlighted them with white, bright colors and soft materials.
We added comfort areas with WIFI and resting zones, baby lounge zones, co-working zones, user-friendly restrooms including water dispensaries, shoe cleaning machines and an easy navigation system.

On the floor we designed a modern pattern, a mix of grey and white colored ceramic tiles. To receive the best comfort level we worked closely with acousticmaterials such as a suspending ceiling. The lighting design we did as a mix of soft light colors, highlighting the shop fronts with Lentz lighting along the bounties line. The rest of the lighting equipment is a mix of different types and circle lamps.

We have highlighted the natural aspect by using wood panels on the wall and the atrium opening that are cut by a typical pattern taken from a game of Pushkinsky–“ flying leaves.” We have kept the whole design in minimalistic design, using local materials and colors. All the visitors will be able to relax and have a good time here.

We have focused on the details that’s what makes up the bigger picture.
