New Food Hub — Krasnoyarsk

Lately we have been gaining experience in the design of a new catering format in Russia – food malls and food markets. We have designed quality, unique spaces — inspired by the context of each place.
Our food malls are modern, warm and very fashionable. Visitors are able to spend a significant portion of the day there — they can come in the morning for breakfast and fresh pastries, and in the evening — to have dinner and even dance!

Concept — fulfilling experience

We want to turn food into fulfilling experience, to give people the opportunity to buy only the best products — sourced with love, and to provide guests with a range of food in various formats. We are designing place for creative activity and learning — culinary schools, open kitchens and workshops for adults and children are provided.
The appearance of Food Hubs is a world trend. The reason why they became so popular in recent times is that people don't want to spend time for cooking anymore and prefer already cooked food. Food Hubs with their farmer’s products and prepared food provide a sense of health care. At the same time, it is a popular place for meetings in an unofficial atmosphere and an opportunity to spend time with family and to learn something new during the master classes, which are also an important part of this format
