Mixed-use complex of housing
The site is situated in the northwest of Moscow surrounded by industrial buildings. It faces the city, consists of shopping, housing, administrative and parking garages, and represents the nearest projectable residential area.
The multifunctional center is situated along the railway in order to separate the main residential area from its negative impact. It consists of a ‘base’ – a two-story shopping center with an underground parking garage, and four housing towers above it.
