Metropolia — Public Residential Complex

Blank Architects developed the interiors of the common areas of the complex, which consists of seven 30-storey towers. Each tower represents one of the world capitals, which is reflected in their names and designs.

Interiors of common areas

The main idea of the design was the creation of a comfortable buffer zone between the active urban environment and the home, and also communication with the architecture of the complex.
Thus, the interior reflects the methods of proportional division of the facade. Their brightly expressed vertical pylons, similar materials, shapes and shades are used for each tower individually.
