Likerka Loft

This wine and spirit depot was founded in Tula at the beginning of the 20th century and was built especially with spirit production in mind. The complex is made up of several buildings that have lasted up to today and it is now considered a cultural heritage site.

The concept aimed to breath life back into the place and to create a special and unique location within the city. Now offices, street retail, cafes, restaurants, a night club and pubs have found their place in these old factory walls. The mix of different functions guarantees a lively appearance, starting in the morning with the arrival of the office workers and finishing late at night when the last clubbers leave.

GBA - 20 000 sq.m.
GLA - 8 000 sq.m.
