Central Kids Store
were asked to upgrade and redesign existing “Central Children’s Store” on Lubyanka in Moscow. The Russian / Moscow Icon of childless. We base our idea of the mix of different “Worlds” – where kids and adults will find themselves as in the unreal spaces. Design approach was to transfer the idea of imaginary world which creates an unforgettable customer journey. Dream land as experience of the world of a kid. Imaginary world of a kid is bright and colored, full of surprises, delusive scale, no time or space relevance.For navigation principles we suggest, for example, to give each floor it’s own strong topic and identity. And vertical communications as remarkable landmarks guide the way.

Each floor we dedicated to different guests. Colors and navigation will change as per floors, where different age guest will find their stores and entertainments. We use colorful pallet and different type of materials to make it as much as possible interesting.
We accent main atrium making it full of activity zones. Client's path rotates between the two dominants - large and small atriums, each of which should be a point of attraction for visitors. Atriums are full of life and points of interest suggesting the visitor to proceed further and discover new points for yourself.
As art objects we use resting zones and furniture’s on the gallery and as well on the food court. Huge ice creams and mushrooms appear in unexpected locations that will bring fun and positive atmosphere.
